On this International Women’s Day, we acknowledge, celebrate, and thank women everywhere for their leadership and strength, their brilliance and wisdom, and their passion and overflowing love.

I want to spotlight and thank the most important women in my life – my mother, Shanu Srichand Hinduja, Chairwoman of S.P. Hinduja Banque Privée, and my aunt, Vinoo Srichand Hinduja, Managing Trustee of the P.D. Hinduja Hospital & Medical Research Centre, in Mumbai. They are an inspiration to women everywhere and to me.

We must continue to fight for equitable treatment of all women in all walks of life, all around the world, to push for inclusion everywhere, and to inspire girls to reach for their biggest dreams.
